Brokers have delivered an overwhelming vote of satisfaction in CFC.
In its most recent Net Promoter Score survey amongst its broker partner base worldwide last month*, UK brokers scored the business 71 putting CFC in the same league as leading global brands such as Amazon and Apple.
“Since day one, CFC has been committed to brokers and that commitment remains as true today as it ever was,” said Pat Brice, Distribution Director at CFC. “We wholeheartedly believe that brokers are best placed to sell our products to their customers – in our view, only brokers have the expertise to help them understand their risk exposures and the insurance protection they need. But it’s also important to know we’re delivering the right products and services for their customers. Net Promoter Score surveys are invaluable to take their pulse as well as giving them the opportunity to provide more detailed feedback.“
Brokers cited a number of key reasons for their score which included CFC’s responsiveness, service, knowledge, comprehensive product offering, communication, technology and ease of doing business whilst there was an overwhelming endorsement for the quality of the CFC team.
Brice concluded: “To say that we’ve been blown away with the result is an understatement. This is a genuinely staggering score – but we’re not going to get carried away with ourselves. If anything, this score is going to propel us forward to deliver even better service going forward to hopefully push the number up further in 2024.”
