Building on this success, Alert:24 now takes the next step towards supporting WTW’s global client base through the creation of two additional Operation Centres in Houston, USA and Sydney, Australia as well as an increase in our Risk Advisory teams permanently based in the US and Singapore. The two additional Operation Centres will link with the GB based centre to provide resilient and seamless 24/7 coverage to Crisis Management clients as well as providing security risk intelligence to clients across WTW’s wider industry specialisms and global lines of business.
Kate Colberg is the Risk Advisory lead for North America with Gabriella Cserei the North America Crisis Support team leader for the Operations Centre in Houston. In Singapore Marcus Chew is the Risk Advisory lead for Asia-Pacific with Tristan Simpson moving to Sydney to be the Asia-Pacific Crisis Support team leader. Rob Taylor continues to lead the Alert:24 team globally and reporting into Jo Holliday, Head of Global Crisis Management.
