“We are delighted that Willis Towers Watson has made it into the top 30 ranking of Singapore’s Best Employers. 2020 has been an extraordinary year for everyone and being included in the ranking is a recognition that we have supported our colleagues well at the peak of the Covid-19 crisis, tackling the changes and challenges together especially when all of us were working remotely. We delivered great outcomes for our clients and demonstrated the strength of our culture in supporting each other as we navigate through the pandemic,” said Leng Leng Ng, Country Leader for Singapore and Head of Corporate Risk & Broking, Singapore at Willis Towers Watson.

Commenting on the recognition, Scott Burnett, Head of Asia and Head of Corporate Risk & Broking Asia at Willis Towers Watson said, “We would like to thank our colleagues who have participated in the survey and for staying resilient throughout this time, embracing new ways of working. At Willis Towers Watson, we are committed to creating an inclusive and innovating culture, and one where our colleagues are empowered to achieve the best possible results, for each other and for our clients.”

Participants were asked to rate over 1,700 companies and institutions across 26 industry sectors in Singapore through an online survey conducted from August to September last year. They were asked to rate their employers on various work-related topics, from salary, work-life balance to potential for development, their work environment and company reputation. Employers with at least 200 employees in Singapore were considered and given a score based primarily on whether the staff would recommend the company to a friend or family member and to other employers of the same industry.
