TMK achieved the top scores for overall satisfaction, broker favourability, and all ten of the core service attributes relating to claims service.
The Report states: “2019 has seen significant changes in the London Market competitive set. TMK has significantly improved its service and favourability and now leads… Moving to the top slot in the market is highly positive.”
