Ms. Jankovic’s previous position at Ryan Specialty was as Vice President of SOX compliance, where she led the implementation of the firm’s financial controls compliance program with the transition of Ryan Specialty to a publicly traded company in mid-2021. Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Ms. Jankovic was a Vice President of North American Internal Audit and Global SOX at AmTrust Financial. She holds the Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Risk and Information Systems Control professional designations.
