She has been in a series of roles with increasing responsibilities, starting as a Senior Actuary, Actuarial Director and most recently as Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer. Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Kathy was with Zurich Insurance Company in the US, Zurich and London.
