With almost 30 years of industry experience, Koller joins MS AAG from Prudential where he held the position of Group Risk Director for nine years. Prior to this, Koller was the CRO at Aviva, building and leading the business’ global risk team in addition to being a member of the European Executive Board. A trained actuary, he has held other senior risk and actuarial roles at Partner Re, Swiss Re and Swiss Life over the course of his career, and has actively engaged with regulatory authorities, such as Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) .
Upon his appointment, Koller will be taking over the CRO role from Catherine Farnworth, who is leaving the business after more than eight years. Farnworth will remain with the business until 24 September 2021 to ensure a smooth handover.
