This is the second year in a row that CFC has achieved this highest rating that an organization can achieve, which represents ‘world class’ levels of workplace engagement.
The same survey has also named CFC as one of the UK’s Top 25 Best Large Companies and the number two Best Insurance Company to work for.
“This annual survey is hugely important to giving us structured and accurate insight into how our employees feel about working at CFC, enabling our HR team to identify key areas for developing higher levels of engagement” says Dave Walsh, Group CEO of CFC. “Their efforts have helped to ensure that we improve our engagement scores year on year but it’s particularly pleasing to see healthy increases in how our people feel about their personal growth opportunities and our efforts to give something back to the communities we work in.

With staff responding independently to questions covering eight key workplace factors of engagement, CFC scored highest on Leadership, My Company, My Manager and My Teams while Personal Growth and Giving Something Back recorded the highest improvements.
