CFC named as one of the best places to work in the UK

CFC recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023...

The awards celebrate organisations with the highest employee engagement and wellbeing. Winners are selected solely from the results of an independent employee survey, with questions ranging from reward and recognition to empowerment and wellbeing.

CFC achieved an average engagement score of 83%, 12% above the industry benchmark. It achieved 85% confidence score in management and 86% job satisfaction. Importantly employees scored CFC 88% when asked if they were treated with respect and 87% said they felt happy and safe with their working environment.

CFC was named in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for as well as one of the 50 Best Companies to work for in London in 2019 and 2020. The business then achieved the highest rating in the Best Companies to Work for Survey in both 2021 and 2022, demonstrating its truly world-class workplace engagement.
