Brokers are the valued partners to businesses trying to find the right protection, but if specific cyber expertise is lacking, it may be difficult to start conversations with clients about the appropriate insurance and risk management practices. To help, Travelers Europe has developed a comprehensive content package designed to empower brokers to approach these situations with confidence.
The package is an offshoot of Cyber Breach Live, a webinar Travelers delivered in May for over 500 brokers in the UK and Ireland. The webinar was an interactive session that placed brokers first in the position of a cyber attacker, then in the position of an employee of a small- to medium-size business experiencing a breach. Taking part in these exercises, along with presentations from cyber experts during the session, helped attendees understand the elements of a cyberattack and speak more knowledgably about them.
