Beazley scoops Claims Service Quality Marque for seventh consecutive year

For the seventh year running, specialist insurer Beazley has been awarded the Claims Service Quality Marque by Gracechurch Consulting, the independent insurance research consultancy.

The Service Quality Marque is awarded annually to claims teams who have been rated as having consistently outstanding service quality based on Gracechurch Claims Service Monitors.

 

Beazley was once again strongly recommended by claims broking specialists in London and highly rated for both communications and commerciality. They also exceeded the threshold of 75%+ positive ratings on last year, demonstrating a ringing endorsement of its claims handling service.
