Beazley expands underwriting team in Spain with specialty lines hire

Beazley has expanded its underwriting capabilities for specialty lines (SL) in Spain with the appointment of Gabriel Rodríguez.

As a senior SL underwriter, Rodríguez joins the myBeazley team led by Francisco Antonio Alcaide, supporting the rollout of Beazley's etrading platform, myBeazley.

This provides brokers with access to specialty lines products including professional liability, directors & officers liability and cyber risks. He joins Beazley from Markel, where was as a senior underwriter for the last five years.
