WTW, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company (NASDAQ: WTW), today announced the appointment of Neil Harrison from Aon as Global Head of Claims. Harrison will join WTW at the end of April and report directly to Adam Garrard, Global Head of Risk & Broking.
Harrison has extensive leadership experience in global claims and in many related disciplines. As Global Chief Claims Officer at Aon from 2019 he was responsible for the development and implementation of global claims strategies for each client segment and industry specialty across all geographies. Harrison has also been integral in leading the development of innovative technologies across the full array of claims disciplines including advocacy, preparation and administration, and in driving talent management initiatives at global scale. Harrison will focus on all aspects of WTW’s claims proposition, including aligning claims teams working with WTW’s strong specialist industry practices as well as delivering enhanced claims services through data and analytics.
